Full Scope of Work

Five integrated deliverables that work together as a single revenue activation system — not a website build followed by a marketing plan, but both launched simultaneously.

2

Brand Development

  • Logo creation
  • Brand color kit
  • Foundational visual identity system
A clean, credible brand that supports acquisition and trust.
3

Motorsport Content & Activation

  • Motorsport visuals integration (e.g. driver suit, team apparel, or similar assets TBD)
  • Professional photo and video production
  • Content formatted for ads, site, and media distribution
See The Prospect Differentiator below for the full strategic case behind this deliverable.
4

Authority & Distribution Foundation

  • Five (5) blog articles targeting industrial, commercial, and utility buyer segments
  • Press release distribution for each article to establish brand presence and backlink authority
  • SEO indexing and authority structuring aligned with current best practices for AI visibility
  • Distribution strategy reviewed and updated as search and AEO standards continue to evolve
  • Content serves as a supporting layer for paid campaigns — giving buyers context before and after ad exposure
  • No ongoing SEO/AEO retainer required beyond the buildout phase — evergreen content works independently
Early search visibility, credibility, and a content foundation that works in the background — before the first ad dollar is spent.
5

Audience Development

  • Custom list building (up to 1,000 new contacts)
  • ICP alignment and segmentation
  • Native & Display Ads across social media platforms
  • Digital Out of Home (Kiosk & Billboard)
  • Connected TV — Streaming Apps & Roku
  • In-Game & Audio (Spotify, iHeart Radio, Pandora)
First-party audience data to support both launch and ongoing campaigns.

The Prospect Differentiator

What separates this system from a standard agency relationship is a built-in creative and distribution advantage that most brands can't access at launch — motorsport-driven positioning layered directly into your programmatic ad stack from day one.

5–7×
Higher brand recall vs. standard display advertising
83%
Of motorsport fans more likely to consider a sponsor's product
1.5B+
Global motorsport fans across all series and formats
23%
Average revenue lift from consistent cross-channel brand presence

Built-In Creative Split Testing

A/B From Launch
Track A — Brand Creative

Product & Category Focused

  • Thermal, ultrasonic & UV product imagery
  • Industrial and utility use-case messaging
  • Direct-response copy driving to product pages
  • Targets: facility managers, engineers, inspectors
Track B — Motorsport Creative

Motorsport & Brand Identity

  • Motorsport visuals (e.g. driver suit, team apparel, race-day assets TBD)
  • Precision-under-pressure brand narrative
  • Awareness copy linking speed and inspection accuracy
  • Targets: broader industrial and commercial audiences
✓ Two creative tracks running simultaneously from launch creates baseline performance data for both — enabling smarter, faster optimization as the business scales.
🏁

Visual Distinctiveness

Motorsport imagery is stop-scroll effective in environments where industrial product creative blends in.

🔁

Frequency Without Fatigue

Two creative tracks serve as natural rotation, reducing ad fatigue while maintaining consistent reach.

🎯

Why This Approach Works

Most eCommerce launches fail because they build first and market later. This system launches with traffic already in motion, content ready for distribution, audience defined, and campaigns active from day one.

  • Store and campaign launch simultaneously
  • Two creative tracks generating data from week one
  • First-party audience built during the build phase
  • No theme cost — design is built into development
  • Shopify scales with revenue, not time
  • No obligation to continue monthly programs

Revenue-Triggered Scaling

The Foundational program at $5,000/month begins July 1, 2026 — the official go-live date. Higher tiers are available immediately based on performance data from the June 19 soft launch. All tiers are all-inclusive: ad spend, content, management, strategy, and reporting.

Foundational
$5,000/month

Standard audience targeting, distribution, and optimization across active channels.

  • Audience targeting & distribution
  • Campaign optimization
  • Attribution tracking
  • Monthly reporting

All-in: includes ad spend, management & strategy.

Market Penetration
$20,000/month

Full-funnel targeting, maximum distribution, and advanced segmentation across all channels.

  • Full-funnel targeting
  • Maximum distribution
  • Advanced segmentation
  • Continuous audience development
  • Weekly optimization & reporting

All-in: includes ad spend, management & strategy.

Platform & Operating Costs

These are standard costs of running an eCommerce business — separate from the PMG investment. They're minimal at launch and scale proportionally with revenue.

Shopify Basic

$39/mo

Includes full Storefront API access required for the custom front-end. No theme purchase needed — design is built into development, not licensed from Shopify's template marketplace.

Payment Processing

2.9% + 30¢

Standard Shopify Payments rate per transaction on the Basic plan. No additional transaction fees when using Shopify Payments.

Domain Registration

~$15–20/yr

Annual domain registration through GoDaddy or your preferred registrar. Selected during the name finalization step at kickoff.

Third-Party Apps

As Needed

Any approved Shopify apps required for specific operational functionality. Discussed and agreed upon before installation — no surprise charges.

On platform cost scaling: As order volume grows, Shopify's standard plan ($105/month) becomes appropriate — it provides higher API rate limits and expanded reporting tools. That upgrade is triggered by sales activity, not time. Platform cost is offset by order revenue, not carried as fixed overhead from launch. The architecture is intentionally built to start lean and scale on performance.

Onboarding Questionnaire

The following questions will be covered during the May 18 kickoff call. Having answers ready — even rough ones — will allow us to move faster through the build phase and avoid downstream revisions. Items marked with a are critical path items that directly affect build configuration.

Business & Fulfillment
1

Legal business name and DBA (if different from selected brand name)

Fulfillment model — self-fulfilling, dropshipping from suppliers, or a combination?

Do any products ship direct from a supplier or manufacturer to the customer?

4

Are any products oversized or heavy enough to require freight or LTL shipping?

5

Preferred shipping carriers — do you have an existing UPS or FedEx account, or will we set up through Shopify?

Products & Catalog

Confirmed SKU count and product category breakdown

Do products have variants such as model numbers, voltage specs, or kit configurations?

Is existing product data available in a spreadsheet, or does it need to be built from scratch?

9

Can suppliers provide technical documentation, spec sheets, or calibration data? These significantly strengthen product pages and SEO.

10

Are product images available, or will they be sourced from manufacturer assets? Are there any MAP agreements with suppliers?

Payments & Sales Tax
11

Shopify Payments, or do you have an existing merchant processor to connect?

AvaTax confirmed — which states do you have sales tax nexus in?

Do you expect tax-exempt customers such as resellers, government agencies, or educational institutions?

14

What is the workflow for collecting and storing tax exemption certificates from qualifying buyers?

15

Accounting software integration needed (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other)?

Accounts, Compliance & Go-To-Market
16

Will guest checkout be available, or will an account be required to purchase?

"Login to view your best price" — what discount level applies to verified account holders?

18

Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy — already drafted, or do these need to be created?

19

Are there any compliance requirements affecting how products are described or sold (NIST traceability, calibration certifications)?

20

Primary buyer persona at launch — facility managers, MRO buyers, engineers, or inspectors?

📋

Items marked are critical path — answers to these directly affect how the Shopify backend, checkout flow, and tax configuration are built. Having these ready at kickoff on May 18 keeps the build on schedule for a June 19 soft launch.
